Join Our Team at April’s Kitchen

April’s Kitchen is a vibrant, quality-focused restaurant in the heart of Knutsford, renowned for fresh ingredients, creative dishes, and warm hospitality. We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and working closely with the Head Chef to maintain the high standards that our guests have come to expect. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who is eager to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage your designated section efficiently during service.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
  • Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials.
  • Work collaboratively to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie preferable
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality food and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.
