Full job description

Join the Team at Olivae

We are looking for experienced waiting staff to join our team at Olivae, an exciting Italian restaurant located in the heart of Disley. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

We offer great rates of pay, a supportive team environment, and the chance to be part of a growing restaurant bringing authentic Italian flavours to the local community.

The Role:

- Taking orders and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests

- Serving food and drinks to a high standard in a busy, full-service restaurant environment

- Working across a range of shift patterns, from brunch (from 10:00 am) through to late evenings

- Maintaining knowledge of the menu to assist guests with their choices

- Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams

- Weekend availability is essential, including Fridays and Saturdays

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or front-of-house staff is essential

- Experience must be within a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality setting — candidates without this background will not be considered

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A professional and friendly approach to service
