  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and food production procedures
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including cooking, food presentation, and ensuring quality control
  • Manage team schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
  • Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on culinary knowledge and food preparation skills
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production and handling
  • Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and barista experience is a plus
