  • Lead, support and develop a team of project managers and engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Manage the full end‑to‑end project life-cycle, from design and planning through to implementation and handover
  • Act as the senior point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with key client representatives
  • Manage a key infrastructure account within the Infrastructure Business Unit, ensuring full compliance with Framework and contractual obligations

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in any related Engineering & Project Management qualification.
  • Electrical/electronic Engineering qualifications such as HNC, ONC or City and Guilds qualifications.

  • Managing a P&L over £5 million
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement
  • Strong Commercial Experience
  • Experienced tendering and managing M&E contracts
  • Budget control and estimating
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management
  • Experience of leading and managing high performing teams
  • Demonstrable growth mindset
  • Previous experience of working in the Power and Energy sector

What’s in it for you?

We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;

  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Death in Service Benefit
  • Hybrid working is available following initial probationary period.
  • Opportunity to purchase additional holidays per year (up to 5 days for full time employees)
  • My Rewards – offering discounts on high street and online shopping
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Online GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

In addition, this role offers;
