Full job description

Join the GearForm group and support an employee-owned award-winning enterprise as Head of Digital Marketing Delivery in our Group Marketing division.

Based in Wadhurst, East Sussex, Nikwax Ltd. and Páramo Ltd. are thriving outdoor brands brought to life by a close-knit, supportive, and dedicated team. We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment where people can do their best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Alongside competitive benefits, we offer a flexible hybrid working model that combines home and office-based working. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing Group and contribute to two purpose-driven brands with a strong heritage and ambitious future.

Nikwax is a leading manufacturer of care products and material systems for outdoor clothing, footwear, and equipment. Working closely with our trusted Partners, we develop and manufacture our products in-house, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to be the only outdoor company to have received the Queen's Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development, and in 2026 we have been honoured with a King's Award for the same. Since our founding in 1977, we have remained committed to minimising our environmental impact and have maintained carbon-balanced operations throughout our history.

Páramo creates durable, high-performance clothing for people who enjoy spending time outdoors, helping them stay comfortable in all weather conditions and environments. Beyond designing quality products, we are deeply committed to ethical manufacturing and social responsibility. In 2022, we integrated the management of our Miquelina Foundation factory in Bogotá, Colombia into our central operations. Our garments are manufactured there by a highly skilled team, with every product carrying the Fair Trade label. Through this partnership, we have helped provide meaningful employment opportunities for individuals seeking to build more secure and independent futures, creating a positive impact that extends far beyond our products.

We offer a flexible working approach, with a balance of homeworking and office days to enhance your work life balance. We highly value our Partners, and this is an exciting opportunity to join our Group.
