Hands-On Role • No P&L • No Office Work • Eastern Mediterranean Concept
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per year (base + tronc)
Flexible between South Kensington, Hyde Park & Farringdon
Full-time • Fast-paced • High standards
About the Role
CERU is growing and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor, not from the office.
This role is perfect for someone who wants:

You will NOT be responsible for:
P&L
Stock
Ordering
Back office admin
Your sole responsibility: deliver and protect the Ceru standard of perfect, consistent, high-energy service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the floor in every service
- Run a section — every shift
- Deliver flawless steps of service
- Upsell with confidence and enthusiasm
- Engage guests, handle feedback, and recover service instantly
- Drive table turns, sales and revenue
- Maintain brand consistency across all three locations
- Keep the team motivated, aligned and focused
- Ensure everything is done the Ceru way — no deviations
