Field Service Engineer – Kitchen Appliances – Tunbridge Wells & Surrounding Postcodes

Ready to build a hands-on appliance engineering career with a growing, industry-leading company? Domex is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing field-based kitchen appliance repair team in Kent and East Sussex.

No prior appliance repair experience required – just a basic general understanding of electrical theory, a practical mindset, curiosity for fault-finding, and a willingness to learn.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from people who have:

  • A basic general understanding of electrical theory
  • Practical, hands-on ability and confidence using tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in diagnosing faults
  • A genuine eagerness to learn – we provide industry-leading training from day one
  • A professional and friendly approach
  • A full manual UK driving licence, essential for visiting customer homes
  • Living in the TN postcode area

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostics and servicing repairs on kitchen appliances e.g washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, in customers’ homes
  • Carrying out jobs within your general postcode area
  • Managing your workload efficiently using our mobile app, including job updates, parts ordering and technical support
