BREAKDOWN RECOVERY CONTROLLER / DISPATCHER

An Excellent opportunity to join a fast expanding company in Swanscombe Kent.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Recovery Controller to Join our team.

The dispatch controller will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the recovery business, working in a busy environment, handling calls from customers, dealing with emergency breakdowns and helping allocating correct resource to each incident.

The Ideal candidate will have a knowledge of vehicles or the motor industry and Knowledge of the Apex system would be a plus.

Skill Set

· Punctuality and reliability

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· A "can do" and positive attitude

· Excellent problem-solving ability

· Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

· Attention to detail

· Take control/ownership of situations and make decisions

· Accurate typing skills

· Experience in recovery control preferable

- Various shifts available but all are 12 hours

- Salary flexible depending on experience and shift pattern

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
