Full job description

Responsible for the day to day managment of the Returns Team on Site, and to ensure the accuracy of all stock that is relevant to the Contracts that are being covered by this role.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the day to day performance of the Returns Team.
  • Ensure that staff are trained to the correct standards.
  • Conduct routine daily briefings with the Returns Team.
  • Responsible for all Returns Management Processes
  • Processing Returns
  • Restocking Returned Items
  • Monitoring Performance
  • Meeting KPI’s
  • Investigation into customer related returns discrepancies over set tolerances.
  • Conducting weekly 5’s checks.
  • Ad-hoc Returns queries.
  • Ensure that all relevant tasks as listed above are completed within their correct timeframes.
  • Ensure that all Returns procedures and standards are maintained.
  • Ensure that all resource is planned effectively.

Skills and experience required:

  • Lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in IT / WMS System
  • Organisation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Communication
