BMS & Document Control Lead – Barrow-in-Furness Gas Terminal

Working hours - 37 hours per week ( Monday- Friday )

We're looking for an experienced BMS & Document Control Lead to join our team at the Barrow-in-Furness Gas Terminal. This is a key role responsible for leading Business Management Systems (BMS), Information Management, and Document Control, ensuring compliance, process safety, and asset integrity across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain the Business Management System (BMS).
  • Oversee document control, drawings, registers, and information management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Manage document control processes, reporting, and assurance activities.
  • Provide training and guidance on BMS and document management.
  • Support data and information management across the business.

About You:

  • Experience in BMS, Information Management, or Document Control within oil & gas, energy, or a similar regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint/Teams).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification (Information Management qualification desirable).

Location: Barrow-in-Furness Gas Terminal
Start Date: October 2026 (at the latest)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
