Join a dynamic project environment where your expertise in document management will directly support the successful delivery of complex global projects.

Status: Temp/Contract

Take ownership of project documentation in a Document Controller role supporting the delivery of global projects. You'll ensure information is accurate, compliant and accessible while working closely with a range of project stakeholders. This opportunity is office-based in Aberdeen and offers 32 hours per week.

Overview Job Description:

Join a busy project environment where your attention to detail will make a real difference. As Document Controller, you'll ensure critical project information is managed accurately and efficiently, helping to support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Main Duties:

  • Maintain project document control systems and records
  • Manage document receipt, distribution, revision control and archiving
  • Coordinate document submissions to clients and track responses
  • Ensure documentation is compliant, accessible and fully traceable
  • Support internal and external audit activities
  • Produce document status reports and highlight potential risks or delays
  • Assist with project close-out and final documentation packages
  • Act as a key point of contact for document-related queries

Applicants Require:

  • Experience within business administration, project administration, supply chain or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with document control systems and audit requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing information accurately within a project environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
