Are you organised, confident using computers and looking for your first step into a professional career?

Kovara Projects is a leading roofing and cladding specialist delivering prestigious construction projects across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Document Controller to join our friendly team at our Wallingford office.

This is an entry-level position and would be ideal for a school or college leaver. No previous experience is required – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Document Controller, you'll become an important part of our project team, helping to manage the drawings and technical information that keep our construction projects running smoothly.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing project drawings and technical documents.
  • Uploading and downloading information using client document management systems.
  • Keeping project records organised and up to date.
  • Issuing the latest drawings to our project teams.
  • Supporting our Design, Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Assisting with project handover documentation.
  • Communicating with clients, architects and suppliers.
  • Learning specialist document management software used throughout the construction industry.

Every day is different, and you'll quickly become an important member of the team.

Essential

  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
