The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring new products to navigating new regulatory regimes, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around cryptoassets and other financial features.

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring new and existing cryptoassets and financial features
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions
• Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, including the upcoming crypto regime and MiFID
• Expanding Revolut’s product offering in line with regulatory requirements
• Engaging proactively with local regulators

• 6+ years of PQE
• An academic background and law credentials
• Experience advising on cryptoassets, either as part of an in-house role or in a law firm
• Knowledge of financial legislation, including FSMA (RAO) and MiFID
• An understanding of relevant financial regulations and supervisory frameworks
• The ability to make decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
