Full job description

Work directly with the founder of a London-based technology, film and publishing company developing ambitious international projects.

This is a paid apprenticeship for an exceptional recent graduate (2025–2026) from a leading university. You'll support film development, research, communications, presentations, events, and special projects while learning how creative businesses are built from the inside. Over time, the role is designed to develop into Producer or Chief of Staff.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using modern creative tools to prepare presentations, promotional videos, social media content, newsletters and printed and digital materials.

We're looking for someone who is organised, intellectually curious, well read, emotionally intelligent and enjoys thoughtful conversation.

You should be trustworthy, positive, supportive, enjoy working closely with people, and have a full driving licence, passport and willingness to travel to meetings and events in the UK and abroad.

This is more than a first job—it's a pathway to leadership.

Pay: £33,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
