Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Dog Walker/Driver to join our team.

This role involves caring for dogs by providing exercise and companionship, as well as safely transporting them to and from designated locations

. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where animal welfare is a priority. Punctuality is a must.

Duties

  • Take dogs on scheduled walks, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the outing
  • Safely transport dogs to various locations using company vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations
  • Monitor dog behaviour during walks and transport, responding appropriately to any signs of distress or discomfort
  • Provide basic animal care, including feeding if is necessary , and cleaning up after dogs.
  • Maintain detailed records of each dog's health, behaviour, and activities during walks and transport.
  • Ensure all equipment used during walks and transport is clean, functional, and stored properly

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for working with animals and understanding of canine behaviour
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large or multiple dogs safely.
  • Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in driving central London
  • Reliable, punctual, and organised with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Physically fit to manage outdoor activities and handle the physical demands of the role
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
