Experienced Dog Trainer

Location: Hillside Paws for Life

Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: Based on experience

Hillside Paws for Life is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dog Trainer to join our team. If you have at least two years of experience in dog training and a passion for working with service dogs, we want to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:

Train and develop a team of dogs from puppyhood through to completion of our training program.

Ensure each dog meets both our training standards and customer requirements.

Work hands-on with dogs to develop their skills, obedience, and service tasks.

Adapt training techniques to suit individual dogs and their future roles.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in dog training.

Strong understanding of canine behavior, training techniques, and positive reinforcement.

Passion for working with dogs and ensuring their success in new homes.

Ability to work full-time, Sunday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
