The Role:

This is a self-employed position on a table-rent basis, perfect for a confident groomer who’s ready to run their own business within our busy salon. You’ll have access to a fully equipped workspace (baths, grooming stands, electricity, heating, lighting & more), while maintaining control over your own equipment, pricing, bookings, and brand identity.

What We’re Looking For:

• A real passion for dogs and a gentle, professional approach to grooming.
• Confidence in completing full grooms from start to finish across a variety of breeds.
• Previous grooming experience is preferred, but newly qualified groomers are welcome — we’ve created a supportive space where you can grow.
• Self-motivation and good communication skills with both clients and team members.
• A desire to be part of something special — we’re building a grooming family here!

Training & Support:

While you’ll operate solo and independently, you won’t be alone. With two experienced groomers already in the salon, plus our future plans for ongoing training and upskilling, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your grooming business within a buzzing and supportive environment.

Clients Provided:

We’re fully established and in high demand — so you’ll hit the ground running with clients already waiting to book.

Working Hours:

Flexible days and hours available — part-time or full-time (16 to 36 hours per week). We're open to immediate start or a June onboarding, depending on what suits you best.

Compensation:

• Self-employed on a table rent basis
• Expected income: £100.00 – £250.00 per day, depending on hours and number of grooms.
