Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operation of the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering queries.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Upsell drinks and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Bartending experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• A friendly demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
