Part-time (8-20 hours) to include Weekends

Hours between 6:00am-9:00am & 3:00pm-6:00pm for cats

Hours between 9:00am-5:00pm for dogs

Preferred working hours will be discussed during the interview stage

It’s essential for this role you must own a car.

Have a full driving licence.

Jobs will be allocated to you to complete the next working day, you will also be asked to undertake some basic admin tasks in order to assist the operational team with day to day requirements.

We would need you to have a professional outlook at all times and an eye for detail and have a love of cats and dogs. Experienced with cats, either as a pet owner or through caring for other people’s pets.

Be prepared to obtain a DBS Disclosure (we can help you with this).

Ideally you will have some previous experience of using a iPhone.

You will be feeding cats or dog walking to a detailed pet process and you will be responsible for the clients keys at all times.

The successful applicant must be available to work Weekends & a select number of days during the Week which can be discussed at the interview stage. There will be the optional opportunity to work more hours.

• The successful candidate must be able to work on weekends.
• Weekend rates apply to dog walking or puppy care only.
• Cat sitting is set for each visit including weekends.

This is part-time role on a Self-Employed basis therefore you will be responsible for your own income tax (see www.hmrc.gov.uk for more information), national insurance and record-keeping. If you are not able to work due to illness, injury or you are away on holiday you will not earn any income.

Requirements for this role

• Qualifications in Animal Care level 2-3 would be preferred but not necessary.
• Prepared to work in all weathers.
• You must have good communication skills at all times.
• Must work as a team.
• Able to demonstrate good knowledge of using WhatsApp.
• Have basic knowledge of Apple Pages and Numbers Apps.
• Be well presented at all times.
• You will also be required to work additional hours to cover team members that are on holiday or sickness.

The successful candidate will be supplied with an iPhone 11 for this role.
