Experienced Dog Groomer – Full / Part Time - Stowmarket

Stowe Veterinary Group is an independent veterinary practice with pet grooming lounges at its Stowmarket, Ipswich, and Bury St Edmunds Veterinary Centres.

We are looking for additional experienced grooming stylists to join our team, full or part time at Stowe Veterinary Centre.

Responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in all aspects of grooming, with the ability to groom all dogs to breed standard without guidance.
• Responsible for delivering the best service, exceeding expectations in animal welfare standards whilst adhering to health and safety policies.
• Ensuring that our clients enjoy a positive, memorable and rewarding experience exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of one years’ experience, with ideally an industry qualification or in-house training
• Confident in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner
• Excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with clients and their pets on a daily basis; confidently being able to promote the service we offer
• Having the highest of expectations in presentation and cleanliness in your working environment
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently
• Part time and full time considered
• Hours available between 08:15 – 20:00 Monday to Friday
• Saturday hours available.
