Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of menu items according to recipes and standards
- Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and plated to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to uphold efficiency and teamwork during service
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role looking for career progression
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences
