Duties

• Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare and replenish bar supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification when necessary
• Assist with organising events or special functions as required
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and giving correct change
• Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
• Ability to work well within a team, alone and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards
