The role

To help support our operations team, we are looking for our next Product Supply Director to join us. You’ll have responsibility for our S&OP process, collaborating across Huel to generate reliable and accurate SKU level forecasts for our Ecommerce and Retail businesses and ensuring adequate capacity is available to fulfill these.

You’ll have overall accountability for our relationships with a portfolio of co-packers across both new and existing products, and ensure that we’re getting great cost, service, and quality performance from reliable suppliers who share and uphold our core values.

With the support of your team of over 20 across the UK & US, you’ll plan finished goods production for both the products managed by these partners and our in-house manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, and manage our supply relationships with key retailers, building strong day-to-day operational contacts to deliver great service to Huel and our customers.

This role will be based at our HQ in Tring UK, with travel to our New York office, and our manufacturing sites across the UK, EU and US on a regular basis.️

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone who has around 10 years + experience of working in S&OP's specifically covering contract setup and management & production planning. You’ll have worked in the food & drink industry and have strong knowledge of shelf life management - It’s really important we don’t have waste ! As we are developing our planning system built into Anaplan it would be handy if you have experience using it or a similar software system too‍.
