Our customers, both human and canine, are at the heart of everything we do. We need you to help create a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable shopping experience, while also crafting delicious, handmade treats for our four-legged clients.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, requiring flexibility and a willingness to tackle various tasks throughout the day, from serving customers to baking delectable dog treats. If you adore pets and have a flair for creativity, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Team Member Duties:
• Serving customers and processing transactions at the checkout.
• Checking, unpacking, and displaying goods.
• Purchase ordering and stock inventory management.
• Listing products on our website and EPOS system (training provided).
• Providing expert shopping advice and making tailored recommendations to customers.
• Dog Bakery Assistant Duties:
• Preparing and baking handmade cakes, biscuits, and treats for dogs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bakery area.
• Developing and testing new dog treat recipes.
• Packaging and labeling bakery products.
• Ensuring all bakery products meet high quality and safety standards.

• Creative flair and a willingness to learn baking skills.

• Your own transport is essential. (Please research public transport links to Battlesbridge, as they are limited).

Wages: Current Wages is set at £11.44 hour this will change when the minimum wage increases in April 2025 to £12.21 per hour

Hours/Days:

• This is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days per week, including Saturdays, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
