DogWalk is looking for a reliable and experienced Dog Walker to join our team! We specialise in solo walks, ensuring each dog receives personalised care and attention. Occasionally, you may walk multiple dogs from the same household.

Compensation:

• Pay is per job, based on the specific needs of each assignment.
• Walkers can expect to earn between £13-£20 per hour, depending on the number of dogs and care requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solo dog walks, ensuring each pet's comfort and safety.
• Occasionally walk multiple dogs from the same household when required.
• Monitor and respond to dogs’ behaviour, adapting to their individual needs.
• Give timely updates to pet owners about their dog's walk and any concerns.
• Handle dogs of various sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling and walking dogs is desirable..
• Confidence in managing dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Own reliable transportation to travel between clients.
• Self-employed status – you must handle your own taxes.
• Willingness to obtain or provide a current DBS check.
• Pet First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to take on occasional short-notice requests (though we respect your availability).
