• OFQUAL regulated level 2 qualification in animal care or relevant subject.
• Has previous experience working with or owning a dog and is confident when handling groups of dogs (all breeds and sizes)
• Must love & be passionate about dogs
• Needs to be confident when dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.
• Physically fit, and not shy away from hard work. This job is much more physical than you realise.
• Must be honest, reliable and committed to delivering a professional quality service.
• Pet business Insurance ( provided)
• Canine First Aid qualified ( can be arranged)
• Current DBS ( can be arranged)

Be available to start - with initial training and full support from experienced dog handlers . There will be a probation period in order for the successful candidate to settle into the post.

Job Type: Part time self employed- Fully flexible with regard to working hours although dog walks take.place during 9.30 - 2pm

Happy to use their own car to transport dogs as required.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
