Friends for Pets is a local pet care company offering a range of pet care services from dog walking and dog day care to cat sitting and home from home dog boarding. We are looking to recruit pet carers around the Brecon area who are able to help us provide these services to the local communities.This job would suit if you have your own dog already or would like to own a dog but cannot commit to having one full time, an active retired person or a stay at home parent looking for flexible work to fit around their family life.

If you wish to provide dog walking or pet visiting you should :-

- Live in the local area

- Must be willing to complete some training

- Be mature

- Be a reliable, responsible, animal lover

- Be available at lunchtimes on weekdays

- Have your own transport.

- Some experience with animals

- Good customer service skills

- Ideally have a current DBS or willing to purchase one

- If you wish to provide dog boarding (day and/ or overnight) you should:-

- Have a fully enclosed garden attached to your home

- Be at home for most of the day (dog must not be left for more than four hours)

- Be a reliable, responsible, animal lover
