We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Canine Hydrotherapist or Veterinary Physiotherapist to join our team on a temporary maternity cover basis (9 months starting January 2027). You will work across our two Yorkshire sites in Sherburn (near Malton) and Beverley, (mostly our Beverley site) delivering high-quality hydrotherapy and rehabilitation sessions to dogs of all ages and conditions.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about canine health, enjoys working closely with clients and their dogs, and can work flexibly across two locations. The role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position with a supportive, animal-focused team.

This would suit a self-employed individual that already work within the animal/veterinary industry, the role involves covering both sites as required - including holiday and sickness cover when available.

Ongoing permanent employment is a possibility for the right candidate.

Must have;

Qualified as a Level 3 or Level 4 Canine Hydrotherapist, or a veterinary physiotherapist willing to upgrade to a hydrotherapy qualification -
Vet physio can be funded to reach our Level 4 canine hydrotherapy qualification via our in-house traning centre Operation K9 Academy
Excellent handling skills and a calm, confident manner with dogs of all temperaments with a strong understanding of canine anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
A flexible approach and willingness to travel between our two sites where necessary
Available to work 2–4 days per week, including 2–3 Saturdays per month

Pay: From £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 28.0 per week
