Full job description

We are currently recruiting for a PERMANENT EXPERIENCED Coffee Barista;
Cafe Dolce is a coffee shop and brunch café in Lancaster. We are known for quality in everything that we do; from our great customer service, to our fantastic coffee.
We are looking for someone with:

At least two years Barista experience working with speciality coffee.

Knowledge of Espresso theory, brew ratios and be confident in dialling in the grinder.
The ability to serve consistently excellent espressos, teas and other drinks under pressure and have good milk texturing
The ability to serve consistent and excellent latte art in every cup.
A nice smile, positive energy, and a yes-can-do attitude.
A genuine interest for providing the best possible product and customer service
You will be responsible for:
Making and serving espresso-based coffees and speciality teas.
Quality control of coffee and tea served throughout the day and maintain coffee and tea quality in conjunction with the Manager.
Management of coffee and tea stock.
Making someone’s day.
Assisting in food preparation.
Opening up and tidying down.

Other Duties:
