Are you a reliable, detail-orientated cleaner looking for work?

We’re looking for self-employed domestic cleaners to join our growing, friendly and professional team. Earn £14–£15 per hour with weekly pay, plus tips and performance bonuses. We offer a supportive team environment where reliability and professionalism are rewarded.

About the Role

You’ll be part of our friendly team delivering high quality cleaning services in residential homes, helping us keep up the great standards our clients know us for.

This role involves:

• Performing cleaning tasks to high standards, with attention to detail and reliability.
• Communicating efficiently with our team regarding schedules, shifts, and availability.
• Occasionally interacting with clients, so professionalism and a positive attitude are essential.
• Commuting to our potential job locations with all equipment and supplies.

All cleaners will be asked to sign a brief onboarding agreement (not a contract). This covers expectations, payment details, and our company values

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK licence and able to drive with supplies and equipment.
• Prior or current cleaning experience is essential (show references if requested).
• Reliability is a must! Reliability is essential in this role. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing the job properly every time. If you’re not reliable, this won’t be the right fit — our clients expect consistency and trust.
• Must be able to travel to local jobs in the following locations, Basildon and some surrounding areas.
• Must speak fluent English and good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing a top quality service.
• Flexibility to work varying hours.

Compensation

• Starting at £14 per hour, with the potential up to £15 per hour.
• Payment will be made weekly, on the following Monday of the week previously worked.
• Additional pay: Performance bonus & tips
