Dominos Pizza are looking for an experienced, operationally focused Shift Managers - could it be you? We are hiring for our stores within the Surrey & Sussex area including, Chichester, Cranleigh, Crowborough, Dorking, Edenbridge, Horsham, Leatherhead, Redhill, Reigate, Southwater & Guildford.

At Domino’s our goal is to deliver the highest quality products to our customers in record time! The ideal candidate will lead and motivate their store teams to achieve high levels of service standards, customer satisfaction and outstanding food safety. The role is fast paced and hands-on, leading from the front to achieve brand standards excellence - do you have what it takes?

There is an 8 week tailored training programme will teach you all about the daily aspects of running a Domino’s store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead and coach all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and produce great product at all times. It’s the perfect way to develop your career in Domino’s!

The ideal candidate will need to drive and be able to travel to locations within 15 miles to develop their training.

The starting rate of pay is is based on experience and provided you have successfully completed our 8 week training programme, you could become an Shift Manager on an annual salary of over £31,395 with annual bonus capabilities of up £6,500 per annum.
