About Innova Trade Frames

Innova Trade Frames is a growing, ambitious business based in Cossington, Leicestershire. We supply and install high-quality uPVC and aluminium glazing products, manufactured right here in the UK.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship, clear and transparent communication, and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

You’ll need to be confident working across all aspects of uPVC and aluminium glazing, including new installations, repairs, adjustments and maintenance. The role will involve working independently, alongside other fitters, and occasionally coordinating with other trades to ensure each installation is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who wants to become part of a growing, professional team with a strong focus on quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience fitting uPVC and aluminium products
  • Competent installing: Windows, Doors, Bi-fold doors, Roof lights, Conservatories
  • Confident carrying out repairs, adjustments and maintenance, including hinges, handles and locking mechanisms
  • Excellent workmanship with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to coordinate with other trades and manage workflow efficiently on site
  • High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
  • Good timekeeping and excellent time management
  • Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with customers
  • Commitment to ensuring all installations meet company and industry standards
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Certass certification preferred, but not essential

About the Position

  • Typical working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Work primarily across the East Midlands
  • Local jobs with a growing and established business
