Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation of kitchens and kitchen make-overs. The successful candidate will lead installers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties:
- Review installation plans and schematics to determine project requirements
- Coordinate installation schedules and explain the projects to fitters
- Supervise installation, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilise electrical, power tools, hand tools, carpentry, plumbing as necessary
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment required for installations
- Liaise with clients to address any concerns or issues during the installation process
- Collecting materials from suppliers and delivering them to site or showroom
- Completing jobs in a timely manner
- Keeping showroom staff and other trades in the loop with how jobs are going
- Leaflet dropping when delivering jobs
- Checking jobs before they go out
- Helping carry heavy worktops and large objects in the clients house
- Completing jobs and taking payments from clients

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in installation management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various installation techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in reading drawings
- Ability to use a range of tools including power tools and hand tools
- Skilled in carpentry, plumbing and general building tasks
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- Health and Safety qualifications are advantageous
