As a Customer Engagement Officer (Door to Door Canvasser), you will be at the heart of our mission, acting as the first point of contact for new and potential customers. You’ll provide expert water-saving advice, carry out Home Water MOTs, and oversee installations that make a tangible difference to water usage and conservation.

About Us

At Cenergist, we provide water efficiency solutions for the domestic, commercial, and agritech sectors. Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow’ water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels. In 2023, we launched a consumer offering to sell and install our products directly to homes across the UK, helping homeowners save an average of £380 per year on water and heating.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

  • Conducting on-site assessments to identify water-saving opportunities.
  • Advising customers on tailored solutions to improve water efficiency.
  • Taking water meter readings, flow rate measurements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling and managing installations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records on our job management and CRM systems.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has at least one year of canvassing experience and a solid customer service background.
  • Is confident, approachable, and thrives in customer-facing roles.
  • Holds a full, valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle with business insurance.
  • Is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Why Join Us

  • Make an Impact: Help customers save water, reduce their bills, and protect the environment.
  • Career Growth: With professional development opportunities, you’ll grow your skills and advance in a dynamic, innovative field.
