Job Overview

No cold calling, visiting pre arranged customers to book them in for a smart meter installation.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the market and our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Keep the sales area organised and visually appealing to attract customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting customer needs.
• Being self-motivated.
• A keen interest in market trends and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in customer preferences.
