Job Description

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Electricians to join our team working on long term contracts in the Northwest. The role involves undertaking a variety of electrical works in domestic properties as part of a broader adaptation project including:

• Conversion of bathrooms to level access shower rooms
• Installation of showers over baths
• Door widenings
• Fitting internal and external doors
• Installation of lintels, brickwork and blockwork
• Forming new partition walls and ceilings

The electrical work includes;

• Installation of electric showers, fans and lights
• Installation of new CCU’s
• Relocating electrical switches and socket outlets
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s)

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in a variety of electrical work in a social housing setting is essential
• Hold a full, UK Driving Licence
• Hold a JIB Gold Card as an Approved Electrician, 18th Edition, Inspection and Testing
