Door-to-Door Sales Representative & Lock Fitter

Location: Wakefield & Surrounding Areas, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm

Earning Potential: £600+ Per Week (OTE)

We are looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representative & Lock Fitter to join our growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has strong sales skills and wants to be rewarded for their hard work.

Your role will involve travelling around residential areas, approaching homeowners and offering professional door lock replacements and security upgrades.

Once a customer agrees to an upgrade, you will measure their existing door cylinder and professionally install the correct replacement.

This is a sales-driven role, so confidence, determination and the ability to generate new business are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach homeowners and generate sales through door-to-door visits.
  • Explain the benefits of upgrading existing door locks.
  • Measure, remove and replace door cylinders.
  • Use drills, screwdrivers and basic hand tools safely.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Work independently and achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, outgoing and motivated individual.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Comfortable approaching potential customers.
  • Basic practical skills and understanding of hand tools.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Reliable, hardworking and target-driven.
  • Previous sales or lock-fitting experience beneficial but not essential.

Full training will be provided.

Earnings

This is a performance-driven position with the opportunity to earn £600+ per week through successful sales and installations.

The harder you work and the more successful sales you achieve, the greater your earning potential.

£600+ represents on-target earnings, not guaranteed pay. Actual earnings depend on performance, and pay will comply with applicable minimum wage requirements.
