Rische Group Limited is a Constructionline Gold and CHAS accredited commercial interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in Knutsford, Cheshire. We work on exciting, high-quality commercial projects across the country — from restaurant and hospitality fit-outs to office refurbishments and specialist bespoke joinery installations. We're a close-knit, family-run business and we take real pride in the quality of our work and the people we work with.

We're growing and we're looking for a talented, experienced Joiner / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team on a permanent basis.

The role

You'll be working across a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects nationwide, delivering high-quality joinery and general multi-skilled works as part of our site team. No two days are the same — one week you could be installing bespoke timber joinery on a flagship restaurant in Manchester, the next you could be completing a commercial office refurbishment in Derby.

Day to day you'll be involved in:

  • First and second fix joinery — doors, frames, skirting, architraves, bespoke timber details
  • Installation of bespoke joinery items including bars, counters, shelving and fitted furniture
  • Stud partitioning, drylining and associated works
  • General multi-skilled tasks — painting and decorating, minor plumbing connections, basic electrical first fix
  • Working from architectural drawings and specifications to a high standard
  • Taking pride in the finish and quality of your work

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a joiner in a commercial fit-out environment
  • Multi-skilled background — the more strings to your bow, the better
  • Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
  • A high standard of finish and attention to detail
  • Reliable, hardworking and a team player
  • Valid CSCS card — essential
  • Full UK driving licence — essential
  • Happy to travel nationwide and stay away when required
