Full job description

Elesar Property Maintenance Limited is seeking experienced self-employed tradespeople to support residential property maintenance works across Leicester and Leicestershire.

We are particularly interested in speaking with genuine multi-traders who are able to complete a variety of everyday property repairs without requiring separate trades for each element.

Pay: £180–£220 per day

Works will vary from property to property but typically involve:

  • Painting and decorating
  • Plaster repairs and making good
  • Minor plumbing works
  • Adjusting or repairing doors and locks
  • Kitchen and Bathroom installations
  • General joinery
  • Void property preparation
  • Minor clearance and finishing works

The opportunity is intended for established self-employed contractors operating under CIS. You will be expected to provide your own tools and transport and complete allocated works to the required standard.

To work with us you will need:

  • CIS registration
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Own van/vehicle and trade tools
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Multi-trade/property maintenance experience
  • Good communication and reliability
  • Ability to invoice for completed works

Rates and scope are agreed prior to starting each job. Depending on the works, jobs may be issued on either a day-rate or fixed-price basis.

Location: Leicester and Leicestershire

Contract: Self-employed subcontractor

Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
