Multi Skilled Property Maintenance Technician

Bristol Bath & Southwest Property Maintenance - Bristol

About us

We are looking for talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance technicians to join our team working out of our office in Bristol.

MASS Group Property Maintenance is an established business in the Bristol, Bath and Southwest area. We are looking for someone who ideally has 3 years + experience in a given trade, but preferably able to undertake a multitude of different trades.

Key duties include:

  • Carrying out remedial repairs to customers in new build properties
  • Providing high standards of repairs and maintenance across multi trades
  • Inspecting and diagnosing faults and repairs
  • Carrying out minor and major repairs in residential properties
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative and work in small teams, but also able to complete tasks working alone.

The relevant trades / expertise required to fulfill this role include:

  • painting and decorating
  • patching
  • dry lining
  • Second fix carpentry
  • Tiling
  • Silicone works
  • General snagging works
