About the Role

You will be installing UPVC/Aluminium windows, doors, bi-folds and associated products such as warm roofs to a high standard in customers’ homes. You will work as part of a small, professional team and will be expected to leave every job clean, tidy and completed with care. When you are not installing, the role may also include accurate surveying and attending quotes with customers.

· Install uPVC/Aluminium windows, composite doors, bi-folds, sliding patios and related products to Cheshire View standards.

· Carry out accurate surveys where required.

· Attend quotes with customers when not installing.

· Protect customers’ homes and work cleanly, safely and respectfully.

· Complete finishing, sealing, trims and remedial work to a professional standard.

· Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and management.

· Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.

· Keep tools, materials, vehicles and work areas organised and safe.

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience fitting windows and doors.

· A full UK driving licence.

· Own tools suitable for window and door installation.

· Confidence and accuracy when surveying, or a willingness to develop this as part of the role.

· A professional, customer-focused attitude.

· Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.

· Reliability, honesty and a steady long-term mindset.

· Respect for established installation standards and company processes.

· A willingness to offer constructive input as the business grows, while working within Cheshire View standards.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a small team.

What We Offer

· Salary of £26,500–£32,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

· Contracted hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm.
