Everything Workspace supports commercial clients with furniture installation, office relocations and wider workplace projects. We're looking for an experienced Furniture Installation Team Leader who can help coordinate on-site activity, support colleagues and maintain high standards from delivery through to completion.

This role is suited to someone with strong furniture installation experience who can combine practical skills with organisation, communication and a professional approach to client service.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and supporting a team of furniture porters and fitters on site.
  • Coordinating daily installation activities in line with project instructions.
  • Helping organise deliveries, furniture placement and installation sequences.
  • Checking work for accuracy, quality and completeness.
  • Promoting safe working practices and maintaining tidy work areas.
  • Communicating professionally with clients, site contacts and project managers.
  • Identifying issues early and escalating delays, missing items or damage.
  • Helping ensure furniture and equipment are handled with care.
  • Supporting the team in meeting agreed project schedules and site requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience installing commercial or office furniture.
  • Experience coordinating colleagues or leading an on-site team.
  • Strong practical problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Clear communication and a professional, client-focused manner.
  • A consistent focus on quality, safety and attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm and solution-focused when plans change.
  • Flexibility to travel to different project locations.

A full UK driving licence and experience with commercial relocations would be advantageous. Please include any relevant training, qualifications or site certifications in your application

Pay

Pay is negotiable for the right candidate and will depend on experience, skills and ability to lead installation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced furniture installer looking to progress into a Team Leader position, or an existing Team Leader looking to join a growing business working across a variety of commercial office projects.
