Based in Lincoln, Tradeglaze is a growing, award-winning manufacturer and installer of bespoke windows and doors. We work with trade, commercial, and domestic customers across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire regions to supply innovative high-end glazing solutions.

Due to continued growth and an increased workload, we are looking for a self-employed window fitter or fitting team to join our Installations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll do

  • Install windows, doors, conservatories and other bespoke products to the current Building Regulations and Health and Safety standards.
  • Keep your work area clean and organised.
  • Work well in a team or on your own.
  • Give customers a high standard of service.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience fitting uPVC.
  • Aluminium experience is a bonus.
  • A full driving licence.
  • A CSCS card, or willingness to get one.
  • MTC or NVQ 2
  • Attention to detail.

What we offer

  • A strong order book, offering a mix of new build and domestic work, with several large ongoing projects.
  • Full-time work, starting at 7.00am at our Lincoln depot. Most jobs are within 30 miles, but an additional payment will apply for travel beyond 20 miles from the depot.
  • After having a review of recent pricing, we anticipate that your on-target earnings will now be between £55,000 and £75,000 per annum, which will be paid weekly through CIS.
  • A company van, if required, which you will pay a contribution towards.
