Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of industrial door systems and an ability to repair, install and maintain them. They should also possess outstanding problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to customer issues.

As an experienced Industrial Door Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial doors. Using your expertise, you will also advise clients on equipment selection and provide technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair industrial doors, including roller shutters, sectional doors,Bi folding doors, speed/rapid doors and steel doorsets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial doors and provide effective solutions
• Provide technical support to clients and onsite teams as well as training for junior technicians
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent system failure or downtime
• Manage and maintain equipment and tools
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial door installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial door equipment and tools
• Thorough knowledge of industrial door systems and relevant industry regulations and standards
• Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
