The City of Lincoln Council is looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our Aids & Adaptations Team in Lincoln. You will be responsible for installing level access showers, widening doors, and making minor adaptations such as fitting grab handles and stair rails. Key responsibilities:
- Install walk-in showers, including tiling, plumbing work, and floor work.
- Installations of over-bath showers, including tiling and plumbing works.
- Undertake core trade tasks in both occupied and void properties when required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar multi-skilled role, preferably in aids and adaptations.
- Proficiency in one of the following core trades: Bricklayer, Electrician, Flat Roofer / Tiler, Joiner, Labourer / Driver, Painter, Plasterer or Plumber.
- CSCS Card or willing to undertake training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to develop technical skills and adapt to changing technologies.
