The City of Lincoln Council is looking for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our Aids & Adaptations Team in Lincoln. You will be responsible for installing level access showers, widening doors, and making minor adaptations such as fitting grab handles and stair rails. If you have experience in these areas and a passion for improving accessibility and safety, we want to hear from you. Join us in making a difference in our community. Key responsibilities:

- Install walk-in showers, including tiling, plumbing work, and floor work.

- Installations of over-bath showers, including tiling and plumbing works.

- Undertake core trade tasks in both occupied and void properties when required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in a similar multi-skilled role, preferably in aids and adaptations.

- Proficiency in one of the following core trades: Bricklayer, Electrician, Flat Roofer / Tiler, Joiner, Labourer / Driver, Painter, Plasterer or Plumber.

- CSCS Card or willing to undertake training.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to develop technical skills and adapt to changing technologies.
