Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Labourer / Multi-Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various trades and ensuring the smooth progression of multiple projects. Your hands-on expertise across different construction disciplines will help us deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

  • Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, door and window installation, and general woodwork.
  • Support roofing operations, including material handling, installation, and repairs.
  • Perform construction painting to prepare surfaces and finish projects to high standards.
  • Conduct plumbing work, including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and leak repairs.
  • Carry out masonry tasks such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades.
  • Support fabrication activities by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a labourer or multi-trader with a broad skill set in construction trades.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers; power tools including drills, grinders, saws
  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications or training in construction trades are advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
