Assistant Installation & Service Manager

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Assistant Installation & Service Manager for our premises in Northampton. Established over 30 years ago, Park Lane Windows & Doors are at the forefront of Replacing new Windows & Doors to the general public.

The successful candidate will possess:

Excellent communication skills
Be fully IT literate & numerate
A customer focused attitude
Capacity to be thorough, diligent, methodical and also meet strict deadlines
A team player mentality, a good sense of humour and the ability to work under pressure
Confidence to use their own initiative to make decisions and take responsibility
Be reliable, trustworthy, professional and act with integrity at all times

Needs to physically fit for some manual handling

Key Duties:

To support the Installation Manager as and when is requested.

Have the ability and confidence to step into the Installations Manager role when required

Order goods from survey supplied & checked with original contract, this will be overseen whilst learning our systems and procedures

Coordinate installations when goods are in stock

Coordinate installations provisionally with order acknowledgement

Chase suppliers for order dates and time scales

Liaise with customers when required

Book in the Service Engineer to resolve warranty issues

Provide quotations for chargeable service work

Assist yard personnel with deliveries when needed

Upload all documents to the CRM system

To perform any other duties and tasks which are appropriate to the role and commensurate with the grading of the post.
