The Role

We are looking for an established installation team to join us on a self-employed basis. You will install windows and doors in customers’ homes across our territory, working from our Luton base (Telmere Industrial Estate, Albert Road, LU1).

This is ongoing work for teams that work well together, take pride in a clean, high-standard finish, and can represent the company well while on site.

What You Will Do

• Remove existing windows/doors and install new uPVC products to a high standard
• Work efficiently as a team, managing materials, tools, and site conditions
• Leave every property clean and tidy, with minimal disruption to the customer
• Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners
• Follow safe working practices and Apex’s installation standards
• Complete jobs within agreed timescales
• Take responsibility for any snags resulting from your work and return to the customer if required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience fitting residential uPVC windows and doors
• A team that works well together
• People who take pride in their work and deliver a high-quality finish
• Clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Valid FENSA/MTC card qualification or equivalent
• UK legal right to work
• Strong attention to detail, especially on finishing and sealing
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
• A professional, friendly manner in customers’ homes

Pay

Pay is weekly and based on results — how many items are fitted satisfactorily each week.

On-target earnings: £1,500–£4,000 per week per team.
