Experienced Window Fitting Teams – Bespoke Timber Windows & Doors

Join a team that takes pride in doing the job properly.

If you’re an experienced window fitting team that takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail and leaving every job looking spot on, we’d like to hear from you.

We manufacture and install high-quality bespoke timber windows and doors for some of the most prestigious homes in the North East, as well as carrying out commercial projects for a range of high-profile clients.

We know that a quality product is only as good as its installation. That’s why we’re looking for skilled, reliable fitting teams who share our commitment to getting the job done right, treating customers with respect and delivering a finish they can be proud of.

What’s in it for you?

  • Quality work: Install bespoke timber windows and doors on a varied range of residential and commercial projects.
  • Work you can be proud of: Be part of a business where craftsmanship, attention to detail and high standards genuinely matter.
  • A skilled team around you: Work alongside experienced fitting teams, with the support of our Contracts Manager.
  • A chance to develop: Build on your experience and develop your skills working with high-quality, made-to-measure products.
  • A reputation for quality: Help deliver installations for discerning customers and prestigious properties across the region.

The Role

As part of our installation team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations safely, efficiently and to the standards our customers expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing bespoke timber windows and doors to the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Working closely with the Contracts Manager and other fitting teams to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Completing work on time and within agreed budgets, without compromising on quality.
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety, including keeping customers’ properties clean, tidy and protected throughout the installation.
  • Communicating professionally with customers and ensuring they receive an excellent service from start to finish.
  • Taking responsibility for your workmanship and making sure every installation reflects the quality of our products.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from established window fitting teams who take pride in their work and understand the importance of doing things properly.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience installing windows and doors, preferably bespoke timber products.
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • A reliable, professional approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
  • An MTC card, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one.

Most importantly, we want people who care about the finished job, take pride in their reputation and understand that quality installation is about more than simply fitting a window or door.

About Us

We believe great work comes from great people. Our team shares a passion for protecting what matters most, combining skilled craftsmanship with a commitment to quality, service and continuous improvement.

We’re proud of the products we make and the standards we deliver. Now we’re looking for fitting teams who share that pride and want to be part of delivering some of the finest timber windows and doors in the region.

If you’re a skilled window fitting team looking for quality projects and the opportunity to work with a business that values craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
