As we continue to expand across Surrey, we are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing community care teams.

The Role

You will be supporting clients in their own homes across Cranleigh, Godalming, Guildford, Farnham, Haslemere, and nearby villages, helping people maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This is a flexible community-based role with a variety of shifts available.

Shift Patterns Available

We offer four daily shifts to suit different lifestyles:

• Morning: 06:30 – 11:30
• Lunch: 11:30 – 14:30
• Teas: 14:30 – 18:30
• Beds: 18:30 – 23:00

✔ Full-time & part-time roles available
✔ Flexible rotas
✔ Weekend working on rotation (every other weekend or 1 day per weekend minimum)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting medication, meals, and daily routines
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with mobility and independence
• Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home
• Building positive relationships with clients and families

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
• Must be a driver with your own car (essential due to rural travel)
• Flexibility to work across different shifts
• Good communication skills
• Care experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)

Location

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to rural travel between clients.
