About Us

Stadium MK is a 30,530-seat multi-purpose venue in Milton Keynes, home to MK Dons Football Club. Since opening in 2007, the stadium has become a leading destination for sport, events, and hospitality.

The site also includes the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, a 304-bedroom hotel, and Arena MK, a versatile space hosting conferences, exhibitions, and live events. The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team to success? We’re looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our busy 304-bedroom hotel.

In this role, you’ll help lead a fast-paced housekeeping operation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel. You’ll take a hands-on approach to supervising, coaching, and developing the team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Working closely with colleagues across the Rooms Division, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience.

This is a fast-paced, physically active role where attention to detail and strong leadership are key.

Key Responsibilities

· Supporting the daily operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards

· Leading by example with a hands-on approach, regularly assisting the team with cleaning duties when required

· Supervising, motivating, and developing a large housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards

· Carrying out detailed inspections of bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

· Managing daily room allocations and ensuring all rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals

· Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve service standards

· Supporting stock control, ordering, and the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

· Reporting and following up on maintenance issues to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment

· Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Role demands:

· A physically active role requiring regular walking, standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and manual handling

· Working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times and changing priorities

· Managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail

· Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

· Responsibility for maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards across a large hotel operation

· Handling guest queries and occasional complaints in a professional and timely manner

About You

· Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel environment

· Supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)

· A passion for delivering great guest service

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· A positive, hands-on, and flexible approach

· Confidence using IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office; hotel PMS experience is a plus)
